Dan Knudsen and Michael Uhl talk about Community Choice Aggregation (CCA), tool cities and towns can use to direct their energy purchases toward renewable sources while saving money at the same time. Other states such as Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, New York, California and four others have implemented CCA, and there’s a push to have Connecticut adopt it as well.
